Thank you for becoming a TitlePlates customer. We will strive to satisfy your need for an accurate and timely production. Please see the following for more detailed terms.
Shipping and Delivery
We work hard to get your online orders out to you as quickly as possible. For custom-engraved orders our goal is ship your finished product in 3 business days. Customers are responsible for shipping fees which are provided during check-out. All shipping is via USPS in order to provide the best value. If you require different shipping requirements, please phone us or contact us using info@titleplates.com.
Returns and Replacements
Title Plates products carry a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. This means that Title Plates will seek to rectify any deficiency by way of replacement with standard shipping free of charge. In the case the customer wishes for a refund, products purchased from Title Plates will be refunded under the following conditions: 1) A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is obtained within 30 days of purchase by calling 978-361-2306. 3) The failed product must be returned to Title Plates, PO Box 212, Harvard MA 01451 within 1 week of the date the RMA was issued.
Ordering
Customers have the opportunity to use this website to place orders. If it is your first time ordering, your contact information will be collected and stored and a user account will be created for you. Title Plates will communicate information about the status of your order using the account information in your profile. Future ordering will be faster if you first login to your account. For example you can view old orders and Re-Order a prior transaction. The check-out process will also be expedited based on your saved ship-to address.
Payment, Pricing, and Promotions
The price of a product shall be as stated on the Website at the time you place your order, except in the case of an obvious error. We try and ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the product, you will receive a full refund.
Viewing Orders
Customers can access their account and change their setttings online at anytime. If you forget your password credentials, they may be reset using the forgot password link on the sign-in page.
